  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Refunds
